He has spearheaded major initiatives such as the Green Carpet Fashion Awards and CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards, while also supporting the development of new brands and young designers. Since 2023, Capasa has also served as President of MFI, ensuring the Institute remains deeply connected to the fashion ecosystem.
Alongside him is Dean Simone Cipriani, a globally respected figure in sustainable fashion and supply chain innovation. Cipriani has worked with the United Nations and global organizations to advance circularity, ethical sourcing, and the alignment of fashion with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. As Dean of MFI, he guides academic programs that prepare students to become responsible, forward-thinking leaders in the industry. His presence at NET24’s recent webinar highlighted the Institute’s openness to collaboration with agencies worldwide, expanding opportunities for students and partners.
